Problem:
For charging processes with signed meter values, a check of the entire transaction takes place in be.ENERGISED by the transparency software.
In the charging sessions data sheet under Infrastructure/Charging processes/Charging process list, if you move the mouse over the "Digitally signed data" field, you will see additional information about the verification of the signed meter values. In this case, you will see the error message here that too many "start values" were found for this transaction.
Solution:
In the interface of the Alfen charging station there are the following "keys" regarding the calibration law:
- SignedDataEnabled: True/False
- SignedStartStopMeterValue: True/False
The above mentioned problem that too many "start values" have been registered by the transparency software occurs when both of these "keys" are set to "True". In this case, the charging station sends two data sets at the start and two at the end of the charging process.
The solution for this is to set only the "SignedDataEnabled" key to "True". The "SignedStartStopMeterValue" key remains set to "False", as it is by default. The result is that only one signed data set is sent at the beginning and at the end.
