Charging station data sheet: Further information on the decommissioning date

A few items have been added to the new "Decommissioning date" feature introduced in the last release note (see here).

1) Warning notice

In the charging station data sheet under Edit/Order information, you will now find a warning notice regarding the definition of a "Decommissioning date". The other fields in this area are for informational purposes only and have no actual effect on the system. The "Decommissioning date" is the exception here. Once the entered date has been reached, the charging station is permanently deleted and can no longer be connected to be.ENERGISED with the original Chargepoint Identifier.

2) Link in the charging process data sheet

Charging processes that have taken place at deleted charging stations remain. However, the link to the charging station then no longer exists in the form as it is otherwise the case. You will be forwarded to the charging station data sheet of the charging station, but it will no longer contain all functions. The forwarding to this data sheet only serves the purpose that you can see that the charging station was deactivated (icon of the charging station) and when this happened.

Things to note

• When the decommissioning date is reached, the charging station is permanently deleted from be.ENERGISED.
• A deleted charging station will no longer appear in your charging station list. The charging station data sheet can be called up via a past charging process at this station, but is only used to provide information about when the station was deactivated.
• It is still possible to make settings in this data sheet. However, we do not recommend doing so, as this has no effect for deleted charging stations.
• Deleted charging stations cannot be reconnected to the backend with the same Chargepoint Identifier.
• If a charging station has been accidentally deleted, there will be a cost associated with restoring it. In this regard, please contact the ChargePoint be.ENERGISED Support via the request form.
• Deleted charging stations no longer appear in be.ENERGISED, nor in other applications such as apps and portals provided by us.
