From now on, you can restrict the visibility of tariffs in your whitelabel app (hereafter only referred to as "app") to entities. That is, tariffs can be assigned to one or more entities and users assigned to those entities will see them in the app. Users who are not assigned to any of the entities will not see the tariffs. If tariffs are not assigned to any entity, they are displayed to all users by default.
Side information If the "Allow registration by customer" field is set to YES in the tariff editing menu, the tariff will be displayed in the app (by default). |
What is this function for?
If you are an EMP operating in multiple countries, you may need to create tariffs with different currencies. To prevent customers from different countries from selecting rates that do not correspond to their local currency, this feature has been implemented. With limited visibility based on entity, this usecase is possible.
Where are the corresponding settings made in be.ENERGISED?
In be.ENERGISED, under Finance/Tariffs & invoicing/Rate management, go to the tariff that you want to have restricted visibility in the app. Click on "Edit" and then go to the "Assigned company" field. Here, you can select all those entities whose users should exclusively see this tariff in the app in the future.
You can find more details about the entity management in be.ENERGISED here.
