The "maintenance window" function has been fundamentally expanded.
Please note that the "maintenance window" tab in the charging station data sheet is only displayed if you have the associated rights. Not every be.ENERGISED subscription has access to these rights. Therefore, check whether your subscription includes the respective right and whether you have to activate it for your user group, if necessary. More information about the general rights management can be found here. |
What is new?
- It is now possible to set a time window for the maintenance window.
- You can specify whether to lock (permanently lock) the charging connectors during the maintenance window. This prevents customers from wanting to use the charging station during maintenance.
- For the period of the maintenance window, you can whitelist certain authentication media so that even if the connectors are locked during maintenance, you can still initiate a charging session. This allows the technician to test, for example, whether the charging station is fully functional after the maintenance work is completed.
- A comment with more detailed information about the maintenance window can be added.

After expiration or by clearing the maintenance window, the connector is unlocked again. However, you can also permanently unlock it via the station management, should it be necessary for any reason.
