The display of connectors in apps and portals depends on several parameters. The following table is intended to make these statuses more comprehensible.
Please note that the display of the statuses may still be adjusted in the future. In this case, the table below will of course be updated accordingly. |

"raw" status
The "raw" status is the status that the charging station sends via OCPP or a status that was assigned manually to the charging station or connector (non-OCPP status). The "raw" status is used, among other things, for the "calculated" status.
"calculated" status
The "calculated" status, sometimes also called "public" status, is calculated from several parameters. The "calculated" status is composed of the "raw" status, the opening hours of the charging station, the online status of the charging station, the marketing information and whether the connector has been permanently locked. The "calculated" status is retrieved via the GraphQL API, for example.
"Simple" Status
The "Simple" status is the simplified status of the connector, which is then also output in apps and portals.
