As a charging station operator in France, you now have the possibility to share your charging stations via the Advenir interface.
What is Advenir?
Since 2016, the Advenir program, led by Avere-France, has been supporting the installation of charging stations for electric vehicles. The program aims to remove barriers to the development of electric mobility by offering different premiums to users, depending on the project regarding the installation of charging stations.
In order to receive these subsidies, it is necessary for you as a charging station operator in France to register in advance on Advenir and subsequently submit data of your charging infrastructure to Advenir.
By activating the Advenir interface in be.ENERGISED, this data is transmitted to Advenir.
How do I activate the Advenir interface at my charging stations?
First of all, it should be noted that from the be.ENERGISED side, the Advenir interface can only be activated for charging stations that are located in France. As mentioned before, you need to register with Advenir in advance. You can do this here. Please check Advenir's website in advance for the requirements and necessary steps to apply for a premium.
After registration, you will receive a user ID from Advenir. This user ID is necessary to activate the Advenir interface in be.ENERGISED at your charging station.
To do so, go to the charging station data sheet of the respective charging station in be.ENERGISED under Infrastructure/Charging stations/Station list (data sheet icon).
In the Interfaces tab, you will see the Advenir interface.
By clicking on the ON/OFF button, you will be prompted to enter your user ID, which you received from Advenir.
It is only necessary to enter the user ID when activating the interface for the first time. The user ID is saved and does not need to be re-entered for further activations at other charging stations. Nevertheless, please note that the Advenir interface must be activated individually for each charging station.
The system checks the format of the user ID after it has been entered. If you click on "Save" and the format is not correct, you will receive an error message. If the user ID was entered correctly, save it by clicking on "Save" and the Advenir interface is activated at this charging station. With this, charging data such as start time, end time, meter values and the associated EVSE ID are passed to Advenir on a daily basis.
|Since the EVSE ID is passed on to Advenir, it is necessary to assign one at all connectors of the charging stations at which the Advenir interface is activated. If none are assigned, this will lead to problems during data transmission!|
As a client of be.ENERGISED, is it possible to determine whether a charging process has been transferred to Advenir?
Currently, there is no way for you to see whether individual charging processes have been correctly transferred to Advenir.
However, ChargePoint be.ENERGISED Support can see whether charging processes have generally been transferred to Advenir. In this regard, please note that only the most recent charging process can be seen, which was successfully transferred. It is not possible to check specific charging processes.
