Under Finance/be.ENERGISED Payments/Payment transactions you now have the option to retrigger failed payment transactions via the Retry Debit button.
This function only affects you if you have connected a Payment Service Provider via Payment Gateway.
Please note that the Payment transactions tab is only displayed if you have the corresponding rights. Not every be.ENERGISED license has access to these rights. Therefore, check whether your license includes the respective right and whether you have to activate it for your user group, if necessary. More information about the general rights management can be found here.
To do this, go to a failed transaction. You can filter for failed transactions using the filter function.
Please note that the Retry Debit button will only appear if the transaction has failed, and it has not yet been completed in any way.
For such a transaction, the "Retry debit" button will appear. By clicking on this button you initiate the payment process again.
The payment process can be retriggered as often as necessary until it has been successfully executed and completed.
A separate entry is created in the transaction history for the retry.
