Why is the "Billing End" date set to exactly one month after registration for my customers in the authentication media?

This is related to a setting in the tariff management of an EMP sales rate or EMP sales rate (managed by eMSP.OPERATIONS), which is assigned to the authentication medium.

Under Finance/Tariffs & Invoicing/Rate management you can edit your EMP sales rates and EMP sales rates (managed by eMSP.OPERATIONS). In the tab Sales conditions you have the possibility to lock authentication media to which this sales rate is assigned after their expiration date (Expires).
If this setting is set to Yes, this will also have the effect that the Expiry and the End of billing date will automatically be set to the registration date of the identification medium plus one month.
To prevent this, the above field must be set to No.
