You can customize your invoice layout in the Layout Configuration area. The configurations you make here will be applied to your billing cycle.
To access the Layout Configuration page, go to Finance/Settings/Layout Configuration.
The privilege "Allow invoicing layout configuration" must be enabled for the desired user groups under User management/ Groups /Finance.

To create a new layout format, please click on the "Add" button.
You can then assign a name for the layout configuration you create
Document Background Format
Here you have the option to upload a configured template to be used in the invoice run. You can download the available templates. You can download them either as a PNG or as an Adobe Photoshop file.
You can configure values such as the date format or the decimal places according to your needs and preferences. You will get a description of the individual settings by letting the mouse pointer hover over the selected elements.
|These values are preset for international invoice standards, but they can be individually customised as well.|
Via the expert configuration you can add further options to your invoice layout. Several variables are available for this purpose, which you can use by clicking the "Add" button. For assistance with the various options please contact the has·to·be-Support.
Please note that the Expert configurations can only be printed in the language they were entered in. Translations into other languages are no longer possible.
Print invoicing period on invoice
If you want the invoicing period to be visible on the invoices in the info box at the top right, then you can also set this via the expert configuration.
To do this, go to the "Add" button and search for Show invoicing period - Display the invoicing period within the infobox. (invoice_show_invoicing_period). Enter "1" as the new value, so that the invoicing period will be printed on invoices with this layout from now on.
