With this new function, you now have the possibility to store an e-mail address for error escalation notifications to yourself or to store different e-mail addresses for different errors in the station data sheet of a charging station.
This function is only visible if you have activated one of the two service packages: 360.SUPPORT or Chargepoint.OPERATION. |
Please go to the station data sheet and open the tab Operational Management
Here, you can now add one or more e-mail addresses with "Add new mail address".
In this window you can now define the conditions when the e-mail address should be selected. You have the possibility to select certain error codes and vendor codes or simply "all errors". In the example above, all "Offline" errors and "All vendor codes" are sent to "support-beenergised@chargepoint.com".
In the overview you can see which settings have been made:
You can add as many e-mail addresses as you like here:
In this example, we want "Other Error" and "All Manufacturer Codes" to be sent to the default e-mail address that is stored in the Global Configuration settings.
A so-called "Global Configuration" can only be set by ChargePoint. You as a customer have no possibility to adjust the settings in this respect. |
Click on Add to confirm the entry, and the entry appears in the overview.
If no e-mail address is stored here, be.ENERGISED uses the address from the Global Configuration for all error messages. |
