In the station datasheet, there is now a maintenance window function for charging stations. In the maintenance window, you have the option to enter upcoming maintenance work for either an entire charging station or just an individual charge point.
To do this, open the station datasheet and go to the tab "Maintenance window".
And click on "Add new maintenance window":
Here you can select either the entire station or individual charge points and the start and end period (date + time). You also have the option to include comments.
The function of the maintenance window is only visible if you have activated one of the two service packages: 360.SUPPORT or Chargepoint.OPERATION.
Active and already expired maintenance windows are stored in the overview in the form of a "history". After the defined period, maintenance windows are automatically closed. There is also the possibility to end a maintenance window manually, in case the maintenance is finished earlier than expected. This will auto correct the end time to the time of manual termination.
All incoming error messages of a charging connector or the entire station (depending on the settings), which are in this maintenance window, will not be escalated and thus you can avoid flooding your inbox with unnecessary error messages.
A maintenance window has no effect on the "Errors" tab of a station. All errors are still entered there, it is only displayed if the error occurred during a maintenance window or not. The error messages in the station datasheet are displayed as usual and have the additional "Yes" in the Maintenance window column if a maintenance window is active.
