With Be.ENERGISED connecting to Hubject – the world wide roaming network for customer-friendly charging of electric vehicles is easy. . The following article describes the necessary configuration settings for your account.
To prepare be.ENERGISED for using Hubject, you first configure your basic settings to allow roaming.. To do this, navigate to the Roaming/Intercharge Network menu item in your be.ENERGISED account and select Settings.. Then you have the option to make the necessary settings as an EMP or/and CPO.
In this menu you can configure the operator and provider ID information. This information can be obtained from Hubject.
After you have completed the CSR (Certificate Signing Request) request from Intercharge and you have received the certificate, you must upload this certificate.. Click the button "Upload Certificate" and select the PEM file received from Hubject. If the certificate has been uploaded, you will see detailed information about the certificate to the right of the button. If no data or the correct data displayed is wrong, the certificate file is incorrect. Please check the settings or contact our support team if you need assistance.
Finally, select the interface endpoint; it defines whether you want to connect to the Hubject live platform or the test site version.
OICP version update
The update to a more recent OICP version can also be performed in this step. This is necessary to ensure continued successful communication between Intercharge and the be.ENERGISED backend. In addition to the options regarding the connection to the Hubject live platform or the test site version., the required version can also be selected here. The update from version 2.1 or 2.2 to 2.3 can be performed with one click.
Configuration of the Intercharge Platform
After you have made the relevant settings in be.ENERGISED, you have to make some more additional settings on the Intercharge platform. Please navigate to the Intercharge administration page at https://portal.hubject.com and log in with your Hubject access data. Then go to Administration/Master Data Management to select the current interface version.

Navigate to the menu item Administration/Certificate Management. Upload your certificate here, which you can download from be.ENERGISED under the menu item Roaming/Intercharge Network/Settings.
Please go to Service Type Settings and select Authorization.
