To be able to use this export function, please enter first the following data for the SEPA function. Therefore, go to Finance/Tariffs & invoicing/Automated invoicing and click on the Finance tab.
Scroll down and fill in the CREDITOR ID FOR SEPA DEBITS field correctly:
Please also go to the menu CRM/Contact information/all contacts/datasheet.
Click here on the Finance tab and then on Add bank account.
Please fill in the form and select the correct file at the field Upload SEPA debit mandate:
If you have made these settings correctly, you can now use the export function under Settings/Exports/ SEPA XML debit export.
Fill in the Start date and End date fields and press Run file export.
