Under the menu User management/Companies/Overview, new (sub)companies, that should have access to the be.ENERGISED backend, can be created. Finally, users can be assigned to a company.
In the rights management you can define settings, e.g. that users of a certain company can only manage customers and stations of their own company. (Grouping of companies)
|The relevant data entered when creating a company can also be used for accounting purposes. For this reason, it is recommended to fill them in completely (e.g. Value Added Tax Identification Number...).|
be.ENERGISED allows the creation of user groups on a high level of individuality. User groups can be limited to the required responsibilities or authorizations. (e.g. only the admin user can edit new users or change tariffs, while a technician only needs the authorisations for commissioning and maintenance of charging stations)
These groups can be managed under User management/groups/overview:
The following article explains the topic of rights management in detail.
Administration of users (access authorization to be.ENERGISED)
You can create or edit new users (=backend users) under User Management/Users/Overview. These are assigned to a company created in advance. They can also be deactivated here (e.g. for employees who have left the company).
Users who are no longer authorized should only be deactivated, not deleted. This way it is possible at any time to trace which data was changed by this user. (Revision security)
The registration in be.ENERGISED is done by user name and a password to be confirmed. Forgotten passwords can be reset by the administrator of the instance.
The assignment of a (sub)company restricts the available data of the respective assigned user.
If existing users are changed, the password is retained by simply leaving the "Password" text field empty. When creating a new user, please assign the desired authorization group to this user.
