To diagnose the error, navigate to the station data sheet of the charging station in the be.ENERIGSED backend. In the Logs tab you will find an entry with "Remote start not successful". If you see the information "process_status = Rejected" as status in the details of this entry, the requests are rejected by the charging station.
The charging station rejects the start of the charging process. One reason for such a behaviour can be that the charging station configuration is not correct. Configure the charging station as described below and try again. If the problem cannot be solved, please contact the manufacturer.
Navigate in the station data sheet of the charging station to the Settings tab. Start the query of the data by clicking the button Load parameters from charging station. Then search for the parameter "AuthorizationEnabled". Make sure that this parameter is set to "true".
Please note that you need a valid authorization at the charging station to start a charging process. If you have deactivated the charging station authorisation, it is not possible to start charging.
