Does ChargePoint provide SIM cards for charging stations?

Yes, on request we provide clients with SIM cards for the operation of the infrastructure. SIM cards are ordered via e-mail.

The SIM cards provided by us are always sent deactivated. The activation is done by our ChargePoint be.ENERGISED support, so please contact us via the inquiry form therefore.

Any exceeding of the monthly data volume will be invoiced to the client in the following month under the conditions agreed in the operating contract.
