You can terminate active charging processes by pressing the Stop button next to the status information “Active”. In such a case, the system tries to send a so called "RemoteStopNotification" to the charging station to force the end of the charging process.

However, if the charging process at the charging station is no longer active or has ended due to an error, it is possible that the charging process is still displayed as active in the backend although it is no longer active at the charging station.
This means that a RemoteStopTransaction from be.ENERGISED to the charging station is answered with the status "Rejected". The process subsequently remains open in be.ENERGISED and cannot be terminated.
If you think that there is a charging station malfunction, you can either correct the charging process manually in the charging process data sheet under the menu item Edit or delete the entire charging process.
