be.ENERGISED supports the automated delivery of e-mail notifications in case of any failure of charging stations. If a charging station, which is operated in your e-mobility infrastructure, shows an error, the error is transmitted by the charging station to the be.ENERGISED back end system. The error message and the details of the error are thereby analysed by the system and in case of an error, the technician who was assigned to the charging station, gets informed about these errors by email. Please note that error messages only will be submitted by be.ENERGISED if they are supported by the charging station.
Currently, the system is able to process the following error messages from charging stations:
- Electricity meter could not be read
- Contactor could not be switched on
- Error on RFID Reader
- Restart could not be performed
- GFCI has been activated
- Overvoltage protection has triggered
- The voltage dropped below the limit value
- The data link has only a weak signal
- Problem with the Mode 3 communication of the vehicle
- Temperature in the charging point is too high
- Charging point lock could not be activated
- Miscellaneous error. Please check the manufacturer’s error
