be.ENERGISED enables not only the real-time management of charging stations but also the management of charging points that have either not yet been set up, are currently under maintenance, or are simply not equipped with a communication link. For this reason, you can set the communication connection of the charging stations individually.
Therefore, it may be that your charging station is shown as “not online” on the station list and the statistical reports. The icon in the overview list is not green but is represented as neutral. If this is the case, you can change the settings as follows::
- Open the station datasheet of the station
- From the navigation menu Edit choose the menu item Connectivity
- In the Edit connectivity settings window, there is a drop-down menu called “Use Monitoring”. Select “Yes.”
After you have made these changes, the station is displayed with its real-time status in the overview list. You will notice the changes as well in the online status reports.
