Incorrect settings in the rate management or incorrect information transmitted by the charging station may cause the costs of a charging process to be calculated incorrectly or too high.
You have the option to correct the cost calculation of charging processes, as long as the following conditions do not apply:
- The charging process has already been charged in a bill
- The charging process was paid for by Direct Payment Gateway and is linked to a payment transaction
- The charging process was paid for with prepaid credit and the credit was already charged to the EMP
If none of the above conditions apply, you can correct the charging process using the Edit menu item in the charging process data sheet (infrastructure/charge_logs/dashboard). Furthermore, you can recalculate the costs of the charging process. During this step, you can also select a different rate (a goodwill rate, for example).
