Prerequisites for initial setup
To take the final steps in setting up your be.ENERGISED Monitoring online account, make sure that you have already received the login information for your online account. The login information contains the following:
- Web link to the registration page (e.g. https://MTG123456.beenergised.cloud/auth/login)
- Username (e.g. john.smith@modelcompany.com)
- Password (e.g. Abc#123!)
You will automatically receive the login data by e-mail as soon as you have completed the online activation process (monitoring.beenergised.com/en/register).
Also, it must be ensured that your charging infrastructure has been successfully connected to the be.ENERGISED platform. This is the case if you find a value greater than 0 in the ‘charging stations’ area of your online account (s. figure 1).

Figure 1: charging station connected to be.ENERGISED
Please note: Master-Slave installations or installations where several charging stations are connected via an external gateway are usually displayed in the be.ENERGISED Monitoring online account as one charging station with several charge points. |
Add further charging stations to the be.ENERGISED account
If you want to add further charging stations to your be.ENERGISED Monitoring online account, you can do this directly in your online account and do not have to repeat the initial online activation process. To make the necessary settings, move the cursor in the tab to the menu item ‘Infrastructure’ and then click on ‘Station list’ in the menu window that opens (s. Figure 2). Now you can view the charging station list.
![]() |
Figure 2: Station list and add package
To add another charging station to your account, click on the green box ‘Add additional package’ which you will find on the right side of the station list (s. figure 2).
Now enter the correct package number (Package ID) in the input window (s. Figure 3) and click on ‘Add package’. The package number (Package ID) can be found on the first page of the welcome letter at the top left called Pa.No. The package number (Pa.No.) consists of the letter combination ‘MTG’ and a number combination.

Email notification settings
In the standard case, the person (user) for whom the online account was set up during the initial activation process receives email notifications. This involves email notifications on the following topics:
- Software updates: be.ENERGISED is continuously improved and equipped with new functions. For this reason, there are frequent software updates. First and foremost, new functions are published on the be.ENERGISED ChargePoint Support Center site. You can find them online, under the category, ‘Release notes.’ In addition, important changes are also sent out via this e-mail distribution list.
- Maintenance notes: If technical maintenance work on the be.ENERGISED platform has to be carried out, you will be informed in good time by email.
- Operation alerts: Should unforeseen technical problems occur regarding the charging infrastructure or the be.ENERGISED platform, you will be informed immediately by email.
- Invoice copies: The monthly invoice will be sent to you by email at the end of the month. be.ENERGISED Monitoring customers do not receive a monthly invoice, as be.ENERGISED Monitoring in its basic configuration is not associated with monthly costs.
If you also want other persons (users) of your operations team to receive email notifications on these topics, you can enter additional email addresses. To do this, move the cursor in the tab to the menu item ‘Settings’ and then click on ‘E-Mail notifications’ in the menu window that opens. To add one or more email addresses, click on the green button ‘Add new notification E-Mail’ on the right-hand side of the notification settings (s. figure 5).

Operating hours settings
If one or more of your publicly accessible charging stations are only to be accessible at certain operating hours, you can define this. This allows you to prevent customers from driving to your charging station when it is not accessible. It also avoids charging sessions on your charging infrastructure being carried out outside operating hours. If an EV driver starts the charging sessions during operating hours and does not actively terminate it before the end of operating hours, the charging session will automatically terminate at the end of operating hours. Your charging station will clearly display that it is unavailable outside operating hours on the public charging station maps.
If your charging infrastructure is accessible to the public around the clock, there is no need to define operating hours.
To define the operating hours, click on the menu item ‘Infrastructure’ (s. figure 24).

Now click on the green ‘Register operating interval’ button (s. figure 25).
In the pop-up window that opens, you can now define for each day of the week the period during which the charging infrastructure should be accessible to the public.
Finally, you must now specify which of your charging stations the operating hours are to apply to. To do this, move the cursor in the tab to the menu item ‘Infrastructure’ and then click on ‘Station list’ in the menu window that opens (s. figure 26). Now the charging station list opens.

- Never: Select this option if you want to allow customers to continue the charging session even after the available operating hours.
- If the card owner is not equal to the station owner: Select this option if you only want the owners of the RFID card(s) you issued to be able to charge beyond the operating hours. The charging session has to be started within the operating hours however!
- Always: Select this option if you do not want any users to be able to charge outside operating hours.
- Timezone of station: Select the time zone in which the charging station is located.
Finally, click on the blue ‘Save’ button to save your entry.
