It is now possible to restrict access to unpublished charging stations in be.ENERGISED.
Where can you find this new feature?
To do this, go to the "Finance" tab in be.ENERGISED and then to "Rate management" under "Tariffs & invoicing". Open EMP tariff there and go to the "Third party roaming" tab. There you will now find the option mentioned above, which you can set to YES or NO.
Is the configuration mandatory?
No. This option is set to NO by default. This means that everything remains as you are used to. The feature is intended to provide you with added value in order to prevent charging processes that take place at charging stations with unpublished POI data. If this is what you want, you can activate this feature by setting the button to YES.
More detailed information
If this function is activated, an end customer will not be granted access to a charging station if the POI data of the charging station at which authorization is being requested has not been published by the CPO. This check can be used to prevent non-billable charging processes at unpublished charging stations.
Please note that this check only works if an authorization request from a CPO contains the optional information of the POI data of the charging station concerned, according to the respective roaming protocol. If the specific station information of the charging station is not included in the authorization request, the system checks whether the end customer is allowed to charge at this CPO. If this is the case, it is not possible to prevent a charge log being received for an unpublished charging station.
