Important information about access to IONITY charging stations as eMSP

All be.ENERGISED eMSP customers who are currently charging via the be.ENERGISED COMMUNITY (as an eMSP.OPERATION user, you have already been informed).

What do you need to be aware of?

IONITY has migrated their charging stations to a new backend. Specifically, this means that IONITY charging stations are no longer available in the be.ENERGISED COMMUNITY.

In order to continue granting your EV drivers access to the charging stations of the charging station operator IONITY, it is imperative that you accept the offer with the provider ID "IOY" from IONITY via the corresponding roaming hub (Hubject, e-clearing or Gireve).

What are the consequences of non-compliance?

Your EV drivers will lose access to IONITY charging stations. Charging at these stations is no longer possible.
