VAT ID is a prerequisite for the use of be.ENERGISED

Please note that it is absolutely necessary to have your own VAT ID in order to use be.ENERGISED. be.ENERGISED is a product that can and should only be used by companies, which is why a VAT ID is a basic requirement.

For monitoring customers, this means that the VAT ID is a mandatory field when activating the monitoring bundle. All other customers must provide their VAT ID to their direct contact as part of the onboarding process.

If necessary, please check on how to apply for a UID number in your country. In Austria, it is best to contact the Bundesministerium für Finanzen (BMF). There you can search for the U15 form in the "Forms" tab, fill it out accordingly and send it back.
