This guide explains all steps needed to get a pre-configured Alpitronic HYC 50 station connect to be.ENERGISED.
Instructions
-
Remove ChargePoint sticker and add be.ENERGISED QR-code stickers
-
Remove ChargePoint SIM card and add be.ENERGISED SIM-card
-
Install the charger, and configure the be.ENERGISED endpoint
Detailed step-by-step guide
1. Remove ChargePoint sticker and add be.ENERGISED QR-code sticker
On the charging station there is a sticker that is not used any more, this charger would only be used if the charger is connected to the ChargePoint -CMS.
This activation sticker can be found next to the station specification plate.
Remove this sticker, wipe off any residue with some isopropylalkohol.
Now add the QR-Code stickers close to the connectors. (Either on the fron panel or on the side where the connector is located)
It is really important to put the stickers separate to differentiate between the available connectors. When used by the customer, only the scanned QR-code will initiate the charge on this specific connector.
2. Remove ChargePoint SIM card and add be.ENERGISED SIM-card
Remove the existing SIM-card and insert the M2M SIM card for be.ENERGISED. (Alternatively you can use any SIM-card with public internet access or use the LAN port to connect to a public internet connection)
Please see the following explaination for the SIM card population:
-
Y209 : Service SIM used for Hypercharger Support M2M connection
-
Y210 : Customer SIM, this is the SIM card slot used for the OCPP connection, well insert the KPN SIM card provided in the networking kit in Y210
If a SIM card is used, the APN-settings need to be changed (explained in step 3)
If the public Internet is used (either via SIM or Ethernet) you have to use the public-Endpoint (explained in step 3)
3. Install the charger, and configure the be.ENERGISED endpoint
Follow the installation guide provided for the hardware installation.
